Mozzimo’s Founder

Tammy Mo grew up as the daughter of immigrants, bouncing between apartments, new schools, and constant change. Her family didn’t have much, but they had something powerful: the belief that you could reinvent yourself, again and again.

From age 12, Tammy hustled for the things that made her feel like herself: a new piece of jewelry, a bold outfit, a moment of transformation. In her family's culture, special occasions were marked with jewelry. Small, sparkling reminders of love, tradition, and pride. Those early gifts from her mother taught Tammy that jewelry wasn’t just decoration. It was identity. It was emotion you could wear.

Growing up, she often felt invisible, taught to stay quiet, work harder, blend in. But inside? She was anything but quiet.

That belief is at the heart of Mozzimo: bold, accessible jewelry designed to help you step forward unapologetically, no matter where you come from or what anyone expects of you.

Oh, and the name? Tammy’s mother, with her adorable, endearing accent, would mispronounce her dogs’ names (Moet and Moses) as “Mozzimo.” It stuck. Because sometimes the best things come from the people who love us most.
