Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
• Custom, engraved, or final sale items are non-returnable
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria. Before returning your item, we encourage you to review our Care Meets Craft page to ensure each piece has been properly cared for. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at
CustomerService@shopmozzimo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
