Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the item and fulfillment partner. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time—details will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Options
• Standard US Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–14 business days. Generally, items ship on the quicker side, however back-ordered items may take additional time.
• Expedited Shipping: Available on select items; delivery in 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance
Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

By shipping from the source, we cut down on waste while ensuring every item reflects Mozzimo’s commitment to thoughtful design, sustainability, and care. Some pieces may arrive in separate packages, but each one is part of a collection curated to delight.
Because we ship directly from our partners, delivery times may vary slightly by item. You’ll always receive tracking updates, and our team is here to help if anything feels off.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at
CustomerService@shopmozzimo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, email clear photos of the item and packaging along with your order number in the subject line.
Refused Shipments:
If you choose to refuse delivery of any shipment, please note the following:
• You remain responsible for the original shipping charges to you.
• Any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred on the package—both for the original shipment and the return—are your responsibility.
• You are also responsible for the cost of returning the package to Mozzimo Jewelry.
These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund once the package is received and processed by our team. We encourage you to accept delivery whenever possible to avoid these additional costs. If something feels off with your order, our Customer Care team is here to help resolve it quickly and ensure your jewelry experience is seamless.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather-related events. Some international orders may be subject to duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Select returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
