At Mozzimo Jewelry, our mission is to deliver accessible, affordable, and sustainable jewelry that you can wear and love every day. To give you peace of mind, all of our pieces come with a One-Year Limited Warranty.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Clasp or chain breakage due to normal use

  • Stone loss caused by a setting issue

  • Tarnishing or discoloration (outside of exposure to harsh chemicals or misuse)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading from daily use)

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties outside Mozzimo

Our Promise

If your jewelry has a defect covered under our warranty, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. If the style is no longer available, we’ll offer you store credit or a similar item of equal value.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. Email contact@mozzimojewelry.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to return your item for repair or replacement.
